“Virgin” Cores.
Only a First Generation toner cartridge core and new components are utilized to produce a TonerVision, Inc. compatible cartridge.
Pre-Production Testing.
We rigorously test every toner cartridge prior to shipment. Frist, we run several preliminary pages. Secondly, we print up to ten pages of text. Third, we print five pages of solid black ink. Finally, we print up ten pages of solid white. All cartridges must pass these tests before shipment.
Quality Control.
Every toner cartridge is built by hand from start to finish by a trained technician. Unlike an assembly line process where there is a lack of accountability, every TonerVision, Inc. toner cartridge bears the technician’s “signature.” Any deviation in quality of our manufacturing process is traced and corrected immediately.
New Long-Life OPC Drum.
The drum is a critical component of a toner cartridge. Some manufacturers may reuse a drum cartridge multiple times, at TonerVision, Inc. a new Long-Life Drum is installed in every toner cartridge.
Quality Ink.
A single, sterile pre-measured bottle of toner is used for each cartridge. Using bottled toner dramatically reduces the risk of contamination by dirt or dust particles thus eliminating any “globbing” effects or uneven areas of black on your printouts. Our toner has a resolution factor compatible with your printer output: 600dpi and 1200dpi to equal or the print quality of OEM cartridges.
